As the FlickVit® resistance bands don't take up much space during training or in your bag, you are ready to train at any time and any place! Compared to elastic bands, the textile FlickVit® Resistance Bands are not only significantly more tear-resistant and therefore safer, but thanks to the special weave and training-optimised width, they are also more comfortable on the skin than other textile bands. They do not cut into the skin even when training with high tensile forces. They are also washable and suitable for outdoor use.

The FlickVit® fitness bands come in 5 different strengths and two lengths (long band and mini band) and can therefore be used in rehabilitation training as well as in recreational and competitive sports for all age groups - regardless of physical condition or training goals. Four sets (Health, Beginner, Advanced, Professional), each comprising two strengths of Long-Band and Mini-Band, have been designed to help you choose the right intensity. The bands of different strengths can also be combined during training, i.e. placed one inside the other, in order to achieve a higher level of tension during exercises with a slight drop.

The advanced set is suitable for strength and fitness training for advanced users. It contains 2 long bands (strength 3 & 4), 2 mini bands (strength 3 & 4) and under "Documents" on this page you will find a manual with reference to many exercise examples. You will find even more exercises in the book by Tom Flicke, which has been signed for you. With the instructions and exercises from Tom Flicke's book, you have a flexible, easy-to-implement and highly efficient training concept at your disposal at all times.
